I love this pharmacy. Everyone is so caring. They remember me whenever I come in (which admittedly is a lot). I've really appreciated their support since we moved to Norwich.

The staff here are the rudest people I've ever met. Unfortunately I have to visit this place regularly for work. Prescriptions are never ready to collect on time, never answer the phone, really unhelpful and they all just seem like they can't be bothered to do their jobs. The young brunette lady is by far the worst one.

This pharmacy used to be great but the younger lady that works there is very rude and condescending! I was left infuriated with how I was spoken to on the last few occasions when visiting. Both time by the younger female member of staff. I must say the others have been nothing but great!! I have changed where my prescription is being delivered because of this rude individual who thinks she knows better than the doctors!! She is a glorified checkout girl that is all!! Never again.
