        Shame its closing

        Walked here a few times with my mum as she need to collect her medication but it happen to be closed each time we get here, like today we especially got off the bus but didnt expect it to be closed with written notice. What kind of business is this?! You think you can mess around with people time, and feel like you want to open the business then closing it when you want! One last thing serving customers should BE first, not prescription (customers will end up walking out)

        Got there just as they were locking up to collect prescription, very helpful lady got my prescription even though it was officially their closing time. This was excellent customer service. I have been in when they are extremely busy and could do with more staff but customers need to be patient .

        Abysmal customer service from a male representative. No sensitivity whatsoever. If you are trying to attain medication for something personal, this one man alone is enough to make you want to never set foot in the chemist again. Arrogant, unapproachable, and unwillingly helpful.
