Hamblin's Pharmacy

Small store with a lovely set of regular staff, I recently had a medication review with my doctor and I was expecting my medication to be reduced, I spoke with a member of staff who has gone above and beyond to liaise with the doctor surgery who took over 5 weeks to implement the medication reduction and I have no doubt that had the pharmacy staff not advocated for me, I would still be on double the dose of controlled drugs than is necessary. Throughout this pandemic they have been understanding and have gone above and beyond to make sure that I have not been without my medication when I have needed it. I use the pharmacy not just for convenience but because I have been treated with respect and dignity despite the fact that I am prescribed controlled drugs and I use the pharmacy because the staff are exceptional, I only hope that this is recognised by the managers of what is now the Well pharmacy and not Hamblins as advertised on here.

Since they have changed to wellbeing the service has been terrible due to the lack of a pharmacist staff are doing there best in keeping people updated but the pharmacist doesn't show have changed to another pharmacy

I can't remember using any other chemist since living in area for 60 years. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful when looking for advice on medication ect. Would recommend to everyone who live nearby. David J

Absolutely awful service since changing hands and getting rid of all the hamlins staff who have been there for years and actually know what they are doing! Along with their massive queues I waiting an hour for a prescription its ridiculous!
