Wayne C was very patient with me, answered all my questions and very quickly arranged ordering the vehicle for me whilst reassuring me throughout the whole process. Thank you Wayne. Deserve a pay rise!

Had issues with Busseys Peugeot since 11/11/21 where they misdiagnosed a knocking sound. Said it was a roll bar link which was replaced under warranty. Took my car to a different garage for a mot and my car failed due to the cords showing on my front tyres which Busseys didnt think to let me know as they was doing me a favour by fitting me in for the roll bar link. I replaced the tyres and took it back in on 20/12/2021 for them to find the problem and they said this time it was my drive shaft. Took the car back on the 24/01/2022 for the replacement which still did not correct the issue, even though 2 techs had checked and was happy it was fixed. Took the car back that day to take a tech for a drive and he confirmed the same issue was still there but the guy on the desk tried to fob me off saying it was a new issue so therefore wont come under warranty anymore but thankfully the tech disagreed with him. Took the car back for a diagnosis on the 27/01/2022 and they said it was my front pads and discs causing the knocking sound. Took the car back on the 03/02/2022 for the pads and discs to be replaced, this also didnt fix the issue. They then had my car for 3 days from the 14/02/2022 to put a sound system on the vehicle to isolate the noise. This was unsuccessful. Mentioned my brakes were embarrassingly squeaky since they replaced them and they fobbed me off with they are still bedding in. Took my car in again on the 01/03/2022 as a tech remembered something about a passenger side and my issue was fixed. After all the above it was a wheel bearing. On the 08/06/2022 I took my car to a trusted garage due to my squeaky brakes and my anti rattle spring on the calliper was missing. I rang Busseys Peugeot and they was very condescending on the phone. Took my car in on the 17/06/2022 for them to fit the anti rattle spring. On the 21/09/2022 had a service at a trusted garage and my drive shaft seal was leaking even though I had recently had a new one.I rang busseys and they was adamant that as my car is no longer under warranty that they won't be fixing it. I mentioned about how I shouldn't be having issues with something that is 9 months old. Busseys wasn't interested and said it doesn't work like that. Staff speaks down at you and are condescending and comes across quite moody. They can't diagnose problems, they don't install all parts and they damage parts as well. Ive since had issues with my roll bar link so basically everything they have touched I have had issues with. I would avoid like the plague.

Clearly there is a lot of unhappy staff here. They were clear on not liking Peugeot. All moaning about each other or customers. I think the manager here needs to tighten their ship. The lady behind the screens on the image was particularly good at moaning. No need to worry though as she is leaving in two weeks as she has given notice as Busseys offer a rubbish package. Never less the gents enjoyed the chat. Also she apparently cant be arsed. It was ok the guy on the desk next door went over to help. Also she stated he is really cute, I would! referring to a guy with tattoos. Apparently Wayne on the desk next door would too . Mildly entertaining but not very professional. Interesting to hear all the calls as loudspeaker was on. On a positive note, Ryan was working hard throughout. Kayla was totally professional and helpful so she seemed happy to be here.
