Efficient booking. Next day appointment and as a nice surprise Stuart rang to see if he could come earlier - makes a change & I was grateful. He did a really good job of exterminating the wasps nest in the airbrick. Did a couple of lots of sprays and said if it isn't gone in the morning give him a call & he would come back the next day none the next day all gone. How refreshing to have such good service. Would highly recommend Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

Excellent customer service and support. I recently had to call them out on a Saturday to deal with a Wasp nest and they were with me in under 60 minutes. The operative attending was very courteous as well as knowledgable. I was kept informed at every moment to keep my household safe and was provided with suitable guidance on what to expect from the remaining Wasps over the coming hours and days.
