Absolutely love these classes, from Bootcamp to Boxing - something for all abilities, other members are so friendly and always happy to help too. Sharon the trainer is perfect, she allows a soupcon of chatting/laughter but is also on you to perform and achieve the best results for you!! Come along, you'll get hooked too

What a warm and welcoming health and fitness group. Sharon goes above and beyond to invest herself in those who she meets, which is clear from the moment she greets you and makes you feel at home. The bootcamps are ALWAYS fun and enjoyable and Sharon ensures all abilities have an option to suit them whilst being so encouraging and supportive throughout. As a result of Sharon's kind and fun nature, a community of wonderful and likewise welcoming individuals has been born. Whether someone is there for the first time or their 20th time everyone is made to feel comfortable and as a result, cheer on those around them. The Stronger together message really does resonate with those who join and Sharon and now her newly formed team, are doing excellent and I cannot wait to go back. Stronger Together - We really are. Thank you Sharon and Team!

Ive been personal training with Sharon for the past 7 months and it may be a strange thing to say but Ive had the best time! Sharon works you hard but we also have fun too. Sharon cares, is very supportive and for me is a real relatable PT. She encourages you to reach your goals without making you feel inferior in any way. Training with Sharon has helped me to gain confidence as well as feeling stronger both physically and mentally. I also go to the Bootcamp sessions where you get to meet a great group of lovely friendly people who are always supportive and encouraging of each other - theres all ages & all abilities & Sharon will always help to adjust any exercise where needed. Its taken me to my early 50s to find that fitness can indeed be fun & for that I cant thank Sharon enough. Come & give it a go!

I have been seeing Sharon for PT since November last year, when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. She has been absolutely amazing. Im pretty sure she knows more about my condition than i do from all the research she has done. She is supportive and encouraging and puts together the best work outs tailored for me. I now train 3 times a week and I absolutely love it. It isn't just about physical health though, my mental health has improved vastly. Sharon is always there supporting me and helping me to achieve my goals. I highly recommend her to anyone thinking about personal training or classes or if anyone wants to just feel better about themselves. This woman has made me a stronger person both mentally and physically and I cant thank her enough for all her encouragement!
