I've worked with Harriet for a while now for Personal Training and I can thoroughly recommend her. I'm working on building strength and fitness and wanted to get some expert input for a change - rather than just tootling around the gym doing my own thing.... Which hadn't brought many great results! Harriet pushes me past my limits each session but by just the right amount. I feel satisfied that I've made progress each week and her encouragement is positive and constructive. She puts together great workouts that are varied and challenging and always a surprise - I look forward to working with her for the months to come to get in great shape physically and mentally! I'm so glad I found Harriet. I was unsure whether I'd be able to find a PT who would take my eating disorder and my period into account when organising training, as I've had subpar experiences before, but Harriet has been phenomenal. She took the time to sit down with me outside the gym to make sure I could make progress in a healthy and sustainable way, without negatively affecting my eating disorder - she's very attentive to my individual needs, which is fabulous. Her workouts are very enjoyable and her encouragement always pushes me to work hard - she introduced me to Olympic weightlifting and I think I'm in love with the sport already! I always look forward to our sessions and I can already see the progress I've made so far, both in my weight loss and my overall strength. I can't recommend her enough and I'm very happy to currently be working with her. Thank you Harriet!
