He has an app for his clients as well as a totally awesome private gym at his home. Whether you want online coaching, 28 day challenges, personal training, group training, to lose weight, gain strength or general fitness- Chris is your man! He has been a great coach to me and I have lost over 16 pounds this year. I feel happier, healthier, lighter and mentally fitter!
