        Chris helped me lose all my baby weight and more during 2020. I have worked with Chris online, on the phone and via social media. He has an app for his clients as well as a totally awesome private gym at his home. Whether you want online coaching, 28 day challenges, personal training, group training, to lose weight, gain strength or general fitness- Chris is your man! He has been a great coach to me and I have lost over 16 pounds this year. I feel happier, healthier, lighter and mentally fitter! His approaches are very simple and very effective- no crash dieting or crazy exercise plans. Follow his Facebook/Instagram for some insightful posts/blogs and funny videos.

        I came to Chris back in November last year and wanted to get into shape for a lads trip to Las Vegas! Chris was there every step of the way, made the workouts very enjoyable and he is great personal trainer! Results spoke for themselves I dropped from 15.2 to 13.10.
