        Never in a million years did I imagine myself joining a gym let alone looking forward to going and enjoying every minute of it!!! The coaches have such a unique way of running the classes and there is a real sense of fun in every session(although sometimes the choice of music is questionable ) They are always there if you need any advice with anything and make every single member feel valued! It really is like a big family and everybody looks out for each other and there is always somebody there to help you and encourage you if you are struggling!! Best decision I EVER made!! Thankyou everybody at BTF for keeping me going.
