I am over 60 and lost my husband and mum less than two years ago which hit me hard after a while l decided l needed to sort my life out and the first two things were eat well and get fit which Craig has help me with.
Now l am a lot fitter, slimmer and my knee which l could hardly bend has improved thanks to Craig's exercises. (No replacement knee for me now)
Two years on and l still have the knee thanks to Craig's hard work giving me the right exercises without him l would have been in pain when walking now my legs are stronger and also l have lost 3 stone and feel happier in my self. Thanks Craig
