    Amy is an incredible coach and PT. The thing that sets Amy apart from other PTs is the level of research that goes into the advice and coaching she gives to her clients. She is always, always, always, looking through research papers and looking for evidence to support her training rather than just recommending things because everyone else is. Before working with Amy, I wasn't sure how useful it would be to have a coach rather than a regularly scheduled workout session. But actually I've got so much out of it - we've worked through many things and have worked on building some habits and planning and finding times for exercise I enjoy. I've loved working with Amy, and would recommend her highly!!

    I love working with Amy. Her coaching always challenges me to do whats best for me, but at the same time acknowledges the challenges and barriers that I might face as a client. Amy has always put me at ease and worked with me to consider ways to improve my fitness and health and will regularly consult research to bolster her knowledge and improve her practice. Amys workouts are so great for improving functional strength and really helped me see improvements in my quality of life.

    I have always been intimidated by gyms and PTs, but I had been following Amy for a while on Instagram and she is just a very refreshing, no-nonsense, anti-diet culture, and lets face it, hilarious human. I have never had a good relationship with exercise, Ive always associated it with weight-loss, and so have always resented the idea of it. I have done work over the past few years to undo my poor relationship with food/nutrition and body image, but wanted to change my relationship with exercise too, which felt like another piece of the puzzle. I came to Amy with no specific goals in mind other than to change that relationship and to get stronger and fitter. Amy has created workouts for me to help build my confidence, strength and fitness, and it turns out I like to make my shoulders hurt! Ive increased the weights Ive been using, and feel confident Ill be able to increase them again in the not too distant future. Ive seen changes in muscles in my upper body and my workouts have become something I do without dreading them, which would have seemed unthinkable a few years ago. And hey, it really is true what people say about exercise helping improve your mental health! Id become so disillusioned with exercise being intertwined with weight loss, that I wasnt seeing the other benefits of exercise. Amy has helped me to see the bigger picture, as well as helping me challenge my perspective on body image. Shes introduced me to some brilliant resources and I have really enjoyed our one to one calls over the past few months. Amy is understanding and patient and really knowledgeable. I felt 100% confident in what she was saying to me as I knew that she had put in hard work to research it, or that she would go away to do so before giving me more information. Thanks to Amy, Ive changed my outlook, and I really feel Ive created a new sustainable habit. Plus shell never ask you for a before picture! 10/10 would recommend!

She put me at ease, she is realistic with goals and encouraging. During the COVID Lockdown she has continued to check in and provide home workouts. She goes above and beyond!
