Ive been seeing Gemma for about 18months. I started my training after a nasty injury. Gemma has adapted my training to help with strengthening my ankle and if I ever have any twinges she is super quick to think of an alternative exercise. She seems to have endless tricks and modifications up her sleeve - this means I never get bored. Gemma is very friendly and encouraging. She will support you whatever your desired outcome is and whatever fitness level you are at. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I've been training with Gem for 8 weeks now - she is friendly, encouraging and very receptive to tailoring a training plan to your individual requirements. I have a quite serious back issue, and she's already done a lot to alleviate issues that have persisted for years. Can't recommend her highly enough!

I've had 4 weeks training with Gemma so far. She listens to what I want to achieve and builds a programme which is varied and challenging based around that.
