I joined Safy Fitness in need of a fitness and well being upgrade that wasn't just lifting weights. I got that, and got so much more! The inclusive and engaging group exercises meet the needs of men (and women) of all ages and fitness levels. I always feel challenged by the sessions, come away without injury, and a bunch whatever the boot camp version of "runners high" is!

I love coming to the boot camps, Hannah is always so upbeat and motivating, making the sessions fun and I always feel so much better afterwards. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I'm not the fittest person but have found the sessions allow me to work at my own pace as I get fitter and stronger and it's been great to see the results. I would definitely reccomend to anyone considering getting back into fitness.

Grade II listed park and Grade 1 instructor! I do various classes with lovely Hannah in the beautiful setting of Waterloo Park. Hannahs energy and enthusiasm are infectious. Her cheery exhortations encourage us to do our very best without feeling bullied or inadequate. Shes good with babies too The programmes change weekly so its never boring and the variety targets different body parts. Reps are done to rousing music and a time limit to allow us to work at our own pace. The vibe is welcoming and inclusive. I cannot recommend SAFY and Hannah highly enough. Its a blast
