I've had the wax removal procedure at several different places now over the last 20 years but this was by far the best experience. Nick was friendly and immediately inspired confidence. It took about 60 seconds per ear and cost around half of other places I've been to. 100% recommended.

Nick is fantastic, I've been going to see him every 9 months for a while now. he is lovely and professional and always gets the job done and wax removed in minuets it's great to have someone I trust remove the wax safely via microsuction. My ears feel amazing when I leave! I wouldn't go anywhere else, even if they were cheaper. Thank you Nick

Nick got me an appointment at last minute. Cleared my ears and gave me great advice. Personally I couldnt have asked for more from the clinic. 10/10 recommendation

A professional service of high quality and skill. Having experienced some chronic pain and deafness to my right ear I sought GP'S assistance, however the pain was so terrible that I could not bare to wait the NHS waiting time for treatment so therefore decided to go privately. It was discovered that I had a solid mass of hard compacted ear wax, which was pressing onto my ear drum. I was shocked to see the size of the mass removed by the procedure, which was done quickly and painlessly, and immediately returned my hearing and stopped the excruciating pain. I'm was so grateful to NEC for giving me an emergency appointment and same day treatment. Since this time, I have had several friends and family who have experienced ear problems and happily referred them to NEC for treatment. Each one of these referrals were delighted by the treatment received, which immediately eliminated their difficulties, from hearing limitations and other issues. I can highly recommend Nick as a professional skill practitioner.
