Bure Valley Osteopaths

After seeing a chiropractor for a yr I was still getting neck and back pains so a friend mentioned seeing an osteopath instead. Im so glad I did as after 3-4 sessions my neck was inline again and my headaches were gone! I still need to see Gemma to keep things at bay as my job is very strenuous but iv felt a major difference with monthly visits now. Gemma gives me the full amount of time that I pay for instead of 15 minutes in and out and shes lovely. Highly recommend!

Originally visiting Gemma for treatment for a really stiff neck. After just two visits the condition improved. I was given various exercises which helped no end and I continue exercising regularly even though my neck is now better. I am on a "maintenance programme" and having help for an Arthritic knee. I find each session very therapeutic

Very impressed with Gemma's knowledge and positivity, extremely thorough with her investigation prior to treatment and clearly very skilled in many ways including manipulation, acupuncture and sports damage massage, highly recommended!!

Having had issues with my lower back and neck for years, it was fantastic to find an Osteopath locally that was able to provide me with first class treatment, great after care and an overall friendly approach. It was also a relief that I didn't get pushed into constant re-appointments, a much more open and honest approach. Highly recommended.
