I found the reception staff very rude. I asked if they could sign a form from work so I could claim back the cost of the eye test and they charged me 10 literally for a signature and a stamp, something which took seconds. When I questioned this he came back with well we are cheaper than the doctors I just dont know how they justify this. Please dont just ask me to complete the survey which appears to be your standard answer, Ive already done it.

Terrible place. The reception staff are terrible and don't have a clue what they are doing. I waited 15 mins behind someone else trying to check in for their appointment, with great difficulty, then when it was my turn they said very sorry your are too late for your appointment, you should of been here 10 minutes ago, you will have to re book! They are so useless I would avoid at all cost!

Ive been a customer since 1995 and have never been disappointed by the friendly, and caring service Ive received, particularly when its come to making difficult decisions about what glasses to pick. My only disappointment is that there are no instalment options for people who have a low income. Im very happy with my glasses, as they are fashionable, and feel light.
