        I transferred to this store in 2022. It is nigh on impossible to get through to anyone in the opticians dept on the phone. Today, took 10 mins on an eternal loop of repetitive options to connect to anyone. I hung up after 10 mins being unsuccessful. Have been with Boots for over 30yra. This is the worse depersonalised offering I have ever received. Needless to say I have arranged to transfer OUT of this one and connected to another who took my call in 4 rings. I would have awarded zero stars had I been given this option

        Made an appointment weeks in advance for my wife and I. Received email,mobile messages and a long winded phone call reminding me of the appointment.we both take a day off work and on arriving I'm told my optometrist called in I'll and they can't see me. Its apparently ok though as they left a voice message saying so while I was driving to appointment. Went next door to vision express who saw me same day.

        Took our 6 year old for some new glasses due to the old pair from elsewhere did not fit well. The gentleman who helped us was Richard. He was absolutely amazing, spoke to and worked with my 6 year perfectly. My son was so happy with the reults and responded really well to Richard. Thankyou so much, you are, amazing!
