        After having issues with my local opticians I followed a recommendation and booked an appointment at The Specs Factory. Great experience from start to finish. Duncan was very helpful and knowledgeable, he ordered in some frames for me to try (I have a larger than average head) . Ordered 2 pairs and they are excellent! I'd suggest using this company if your looking for glasses, they are good quality, reasonably priced and helpful people.

        Ive been using this place for many years it has gone down hill .I had my eyes tested and needed new glasses the ten day wait came and went for the new glasses.Try as it may I called to see were they were no body answered the phone.I then went to see about my glasses and again was meet buy a very rude lady who said my glasses had just then turned up . The owner then got involved and he was very rude himself saying they are very busy. Perhaps more staff and training needed .Back to spec savers for me

        Went here this morning looking for a alteration on glasses! Straight in altered glasses in minutes, free of charge as well! Not many business like this! Highly recommend
