        Tried to book an eye test with Eaton branch and was told if I wasnt intending to purchase glasses from them I should not use them for an eye test, reluctantly agreed they would do so when pushed but then asked me to call back in February as they were busy. Rude and unpleasant receptionist was very off putting, shame as Hellesdon branch have been helpful in the past. Would not recommend.

        From start to finish excellent service. Booked in over the phone by someone very friendly and helpful. The optician was lovely and took particular care and attention throughout the examination. They were much more thorough than any eye examination Ive had before so super happy about that. Would definitely recommend.
