        Excellent professional and caring service by all staff in Dereham branch. Accessible for those with disabilities. Also recommend the Norwich branch for good range of 'high end' frames. Always a very personal service at both branches.

        I have been using Moss & Leakey for over 15 years (Norwich Branch) and they have always been excellent. Both in terms of products and service levels. Giving them 1 star due to poor covid procedures is a little unfair in my opinion as a long-term customer.

        I wouldn't dream of going through the door at the present time. No Covid 19 precautions apparent at all. As opticians they say the staff don't have to wear masks. This is true, but they are recommended to. The staff do not care less. They are happy to just carry on playing their Candy Crush on their mobile phones without a care for the safety of the community that they work in
