        The actual surgery was ok but after care poor, women on reception rude and uninterested. Not friendly at all !

      • We are Clinical Freedom

        Large centralised unhelpful organisation. Portray themselves as friendly local facility but anything but. Complaints go unanswered, staff do not return calls, confusion abounds, completely unsatisfactory when one considers the type of surgery involved with cataract. Patient and referring practitioner management needs to be devolved to the facility where the surgery is taking place not some faceless head office.

        Very professional, attentive and polite. I was very happy to use their services and they repaired my eyes perfectly. Even the cleaner and doorman were very helpful. I can recommend this clinic to everyone. It was a very nice experience for me. Thank you to all the staff, well done.
