        I would give it ZERO if I could, my elderly father with alzheimer's was admitted here from hospital, the staff receiveing him didn't know he was going there as the manager had not told anyone, they had no contact information for him and sent him back to hospital after 8 hours refusing to care for him because he wasn't very complient. Something EXPECTED from someone with alzheimer's!!! Disqusting! Obviously they only want the easy ones for thier money. Hospital ivestigated as it was not exceptable behaviour from a demntia / alzheimer's care home.

        Mum is always happy and contented. The staff are very attentive. There's a lovely atmosphere. We are always made to feel very welcome when we visit. We're a large family and sometimes there are several of us visiting together. The staff always accommodated us all. We are always offered a drink which is very thoughtful.
