Former staff member, I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!! Horrible horrible place. Lack of confidentiality, a lot of bullying goes on. Senior has had many complaints written against her, even safeguarding issues yet nothing has been done about her. Residents are absolutely brilliant and so loving but the staff, management, cleanness and care is inadequate!! Please, I highly recommend do not send your love ones here.

Care staff are awesome. They really care for the residents and provide a caring and loving environment with a really good entertainment facilitator. The home is a little dated, but clean, tidy and maintained by excellent team members. However, the home lacks a good manager and administrator (2019) hence the low star rating. Prior to this early 2018 through to very early 2019 management and admin were excellent. The current admin staff are practically non existent and the Manager is badly trained with little knowledge of FSHC procedures and lacks appropriate and effective communicate skills both with staff and family members alike. The staff and residents deserve better than this second rate management.
