B-style is very friendly and polite but you go in for a hair cut I believe this use to be the best hairdressers in norwich and now not so much no one stays there long so he has to hire inexperienced people who just cant cut it Iv had to fix and straighten out mine and my boys hair the last couple times so me my two sons and friends and family have had to find somewhere else to go

Great barbers and very hospitable. Zack has a fine attention to detail and provided a 5* haircut.

I was declined a hair cut on the claims that they are closing. It was only 3 pm! I have been thier customer for years and always tipped them generously. I bring my children in as well but the boss has always been abrupt and not very welcoming. I was basically kicked out without even saying sorry, we are busy or something like that. I will not be going back or recommending the place anymore. Very sad.
