Large venue, but not set up for seating when watching a band.

Went to see Fleetwood Bac who are the most amazing tribute band ever !!! So this would be the reason why the venue should have some respect for their entertainers and not have the bar open during the performance. The noise coming from the amount of people stood at the bar, who seriously should have just gone to the pub, was so distracting and downright bloody rude. I understand its a music venue not a theatre but maybe you should consider letting people know in advance that you sell tickets to members of the public who have no intention of a actually listening to the music

Came here for Bongos Bingo and what an amazing experience it was! Definitely will come back in the future for another event like this. Even though I didnt win anything the vibe was great and enjoyable.

Has to be one of the best music venues in Norwich now. Been to a few events and now been disappointed. Good parking close by. Nice long well staffed bar so never have to queue for long. Good acoustics makes for a great experience whoever you're seeing. Last band I saw even mentioned how better Epic was compared to the waterfront.

Went to see the Absolute Bowie event. First, I should say , the band were brilliant! The security team , not so much. My wife was feeling unwell and needed to sit down for a minute. There was an area next to the stage for disabled people to get to see the concert, and it was almost empty. There was a free seat We asked the security guy if she could sit down for a minute and said she would give it up if someone who needed it more turned up. We just got a rude reply. So basically we had to leave and missed the second half of the show because of him. Wont be going to epic again.
