As a long time client I can genuinely say that Justin and his team provide a first class service. Justins experience, knowledge and integrity give such peace of mind. He makes sure you get the best deal and that you understand every step of the process. All of this as well as seemingly being always available to answer questions with diligence and patience. Justin and his team provided an outstanding mortgage advisory and broking service. Justins experience and knowledge in this space is first class. I found him to be so approachable and responsive to any enquiry I had as my property search progressed (for example, being more than happy to discuss different financial arrangements and do new projections based on different purchase options). Justin accessed a competitive deal and enabled me to retain that deal as circumstances changed over time. I really cant recommend him enough.

Justin and his team provide a truly outstanding level of customer service. What most stands out is Justins unfailing diligence, thoroughness and determination to answer every client question with patience, politeness and accuracy. I quickly became a fan once I experienced Justin working on our remortgage and had complete trust and confidence in him from the early days. His fees are also incredibly reasonable. The best broker I have dealt with in 20 years by a long distance. Highly recommended.

Justin and his team are honest and hardworking, and have supported me every step of the way in the process of buying my own home, starting a year before I formally began the process, by helping me work out a timeline and budget. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and he and his team have always been on hand any time I had questions, or to support through the legal and financial processes. I highly recommend them.
