We have been using MCB since our first buy-to-let property four years ago. Every interaction we have had has been fast, professional and with just the right level of formality. Each time, the deals we have got with lenders have been better than expected, and the service levels from Mike and Andy mean that arranging finance has basically involved choosing from the recommended options. Just used MCB, more specifically Erjon at MCB, to arrange our mortgage and life insurance. I can't fault the service from beginning to end. Erjon was flexible, working around us, learning what we wanted then gathering the information required quickly. He came back with some great deals, explaining the pros and cons of all. Overall an amazing and quick service. Will happily use again.
