Pete at Distinct Mortgages was our absolute saviour throughout our whole mortgage journey. During the beginning of the pandemic when certain mortgage products were pulled it was becoming increasingly difficult to find the 90% loan to value product at a good rate. We were told by other brokers that there was only one lender offering a good rate on the 90% loan to value and were only releasing a handful of this product per day. Which is why they told us it would be impossible to get as so many people were applying for the same product and could take up to 3 weeks to submit a successful application. It felt like other brokers were trying lead us down the path of giving up on perusing the better rate for the sake of saving time. After being disappointed with what countless lenders and brokers were offering, we were recommended to speak with Pete. From start to finish everything was a breeze. Pete made the whole process easy and took the weight right off our shoulders. He explained everything to us in a way that was very easy to understand. The day after we had our initial appointment with Pete, he only went and got us the rate that other lenders told us was borderline impossible to get. Within 24 hours, Pete managed to do everything we needed and more. Its very clear to see that Pete is very talented in his profession. Nothing I asked was ever too much trouble and I never felt like I was asking for too much. I cannot say think you enough.
