        We would like to say a massive thank you to the mortgage bureau team based in Norwich (Gino & Penny) for helping us to guide through the papers for our mortgage. Their communication have been spot on also very quick on the replies whenever we needed a clarification. They have been very helpful and they made sure that we understood the process which made it much easier for us. We couldnt ask for a better team who took their time through our process for our first mortgage and certainly gave us a very good experience. Especially us being deaf, they have reassured and assisted us with everything. Highly recommend!
