We were referred to Paul Dodimead by a friend following her positive experience. We had a tricky purchase as the house was of non traditional construction, we had been declined by our existing mortgage company to port as we were relocating and were close to giving up but following a call to Paul, felt reassured that not all was lost. Paul gave us a couple of options to start and even those weren't exhaustive so we knew we had a chance of securing the house we wanted by utilising his expertise. After working with Paul for a couple of weeks and facing a few hurdles (which we expected) we finally got a mortgage offer and were delighted! Working with Paul and the brief contact we had with colleagues, we couldn't recommend the Norwich Mortgage Centre enough. Paul dodimede handled our mortgage masterfully, and was a massive help for us going through the right to buy process as a first time buyer. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I always felt in confident and caring hands that treated our case with respect.

Paul and his team managed to arrange a huge mortgage with a high street bank at a great rate in a very short time frame. The Mortgage was drawn down over Xmas for a 28.12.2020 completion, not the norm, however our expectations were well and truly exceeded. Do not hesitate to use Norwich Mortgage Centre.
