As my husband and I entered the shop/showroom at CareCo Norwich we were greeted with a warm welcome, even though it was close to closing time. The lady who served us and gave us relevant information and advise was excellent and was very friendly kind and patient with us. No pressure, just understanding and kindness as my husband was choosing a Rollartor for a tall person. Thank you for your support Christine Sparrow. We went to order a riser chair we had seen on the Internet, but luckily Christine pointed out it was not black but chocolate. She also advised of a different chair in black, which will go with our furniture. My husband also used the disabled toilet and was very impressed with the design and cleanliness. We will have to wait a couple of weeks for delivery, but the service was first class. Thank you.
