I haven't used Phoneland's repair service so can't comment on that. However, I have popped in to buy phone cases and cables here and have been happy with what I've bought. The service is friendly, and as someone who gets at least a couple of years use out of a phone, it's handy to find cases still stocked for older models.

I took my water damaged phone to see if could be salvaged, they checked the phone and enabled me to upload information to my iCloud account. This took 20-30 minutes. The phone was not repairable and he didnt have any suitable phones in stock but gave me advice on the best model. I offered to pay for his time but he refused to accept anything. Great service.

Avoid this shop. I had a screen replaced on my iPhone XR, paid 140 for the privilege (in cash which was their requirement). Several functions no longer worked and I returned to request it was put right three times with no result (not sure they even bothered to look at it). Eventually it stopped working all together so I went to Apple and requested their help. When opened up various Components and screws were Loose inside and glue was where it shouldnt have been. My phone was written off. It was less than 6 months old.
