An awful experience at this shop. Poor customer service. I came in August to fix my iPad screen and iPhone camera. 1. The iPhone camera - I asked whether the actually camera could be fixed otherwise I would a fix a screen myself from eBay. They said it could be. The camera was still blurry when it returned. I spent 65 for this when I couldve done it for 10 online. This I did not complain about. 2. iPad screen (180) My iPad screen was fixed (it had a small crack across it, but it was very useable) and I collected, not double checking how well they did it. When I went to use it, I could see they had not affixed it properly and there was a gap. The next time I used it when I picked it up, a huge black line went through the entire screen (2 cm thick). When I came in to ask for a refund, they said I could speak to the manager, he took it giving me hope and said he would take to his boss. Nobody counts contacted me so I called again and they said I needed to come in. The boss had emailed me saying that it was because the lcd is broken inside and I need to pay them to fix it again. I obviously replied that I could not trust them to fix it again because since the last fix, I can no longer use my iPad as I cant see the screen. Why did they not tell me that the lcd was broken when they first returned it? All seems very suspect. Since it worked fine before, all I can assume is that their faulty service broke the lcd and they returned it to me broken. This will now cost a lot more than a screen fix as the iPad needs replacing. Just to make things worse, the way in which I was felt with was rude by the manager. He was unkind and insisted I had broken it. Worst service I have ever received: i have never written a bad review, as never thought it was appropriate. I urge people not to use this service, it is more worth it to just pay more for a legitimate fix.
