Mercedes of Norwich

Took my car in for a recall on the passenger air bag and when I collected it the air bag light was on I went back in and asked the question and he said its nothing to do with the recall and will cost about 400 to get fixed but don't quote me on that? Also i asked for the air conditioning to be cleaned which was done on line and nothing was done!!! I was looking to buy a new car but after that customer service I'll opt for Audi or BMW.

Walked in today to value my car as a deposit for a new Mercedes CLA 35 amg didnt give an offer to take a seat or even to what to drink any sort of customer service expected from High brand like Mercedes just was stood around, wondering waiting for so long and after that they give me the offer. I said okay let me think about it didnt take any details. Didnt even bother to say okay what are you looking for exactly, you know what Im just gonna go to BMW or Audi they need to have better customer service and dont judge the book by its cover Mercedes Norwich!
