    Well don't usually give 5 stars but limped home from Scotland over the weekend called motus at7.30am Monday morning, bring it in she says I do back in cab mid day injectors done and service A done. Great service from the young lady on front desk Thanks

    Absolutely shocking customer service call today from Roxanne. Spoken to like I was a child. I own 5 businesses and if anyone of my staff spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me they wouldnt have a job. Judging by the reviews on this page they need to start from the ground up and try again. I think they're forgetting were the ones about to spend nearly 1000 on a service. Cancelled my appointment and booking elsewhere. 0 stars if I could

    Excellent service from Lee Craske in Sales, very professional in negotiations. Had a couple of minor issues with the van after collection, however Lee did his utmost to get these resolved without delay or inconvenience. Highly recommended 5*+

    Im deeply concerned about this branch. I had worst experience with them that I dont wish for anybody. I have Luton van, which I need daily as we have business and I have to drive long distances to get my groceries and veg/fruits for my store, I noticed the van looses his power up on a hill or dont have power at all. I have booked appointment for diagnostic with them to find out whats wrong with my van. I have drop off my van to them Friday morning and supposed to pick up afternoon. I rang them they said dont have any updates yet as still didnt pick up anything yet, told me leave the van for next day for extra wiring. Same story they told me on Saturday even they said my van was on priority, but still had no updates. Then they said they would call me Monday morning with update. Nobody has called me up to Wednesday until I made a call to them and said even if they cannot fix my van Im coming and taking back as I cannot afford to hire a van from enterprise every day to do my shopping in London, I have spent that much money and my time while my van was just abandoned there and nobody did call me and give me update. Finally Thursday morning they called me said they have found out whats wrong and if Im happy to go ahead, I asked to replace all the necessary parts to fix the problem.The next day van were ready to pick up all fixed. I have paid 1062. On the way back I have realised that the van wasnt fixed at all and I have paid basically for nothing. I rang them again to tell them that the problem still there and nothing been resolved they just said I have to bring van back to them if I want they do diagnostic again whats mean that I will have to hire van again for my work , I really was frustrated because its been a week with them and they took my money but havent fixed anything, at the end they find out whats wrong with my van and asked me to pay additional 238 to them. I disagreed to pay them again because I have paid already such a huge amount for nothing basically because the problem wasnt resolved at all. At the end they only agreed to give me 30% off of the fee and I still had to pay 150 which was really unfair in my experience. I dont recommend to anyone use this Norwich branch, rather to drive hour or so to Ipswich or next branch but not use this branch. Im really disappointed and frustrated because I dont leave usually reviews but here couldnt be silent as its really UNFAIR to me.
