I am very disappointed with the service. They are not transparent with their fees on and verbally inform you of the wrong information untill they have initially taken your money. I was advised there would have to be a MIAM prior to mediation where both parties can give their side of the story and after my initial meeting then the other party would be contacted to have hers. I was not made aware that you would have to pay for two MIAM's and it didn't say so either on their website! So the 119 MIAM turned into 238. For a charitable organisation, that is a very steep fee for about 90 mins, and it wasn't even face to face, it was over a MS Team's meeting. By the way my appointment only lasted 36 minutes. Now I have the cost of the mediation sessions before we even touch on the costs of court proceedings (fingers crossed it doesn't have to go that far for my child to see me).
