Calamari was fabulous! French fries pretty good but ?oil they use. Carbonara smelled & tasted pretty great but was cheese sauce not eggi as I prefer and how I think proper carbonara should be cooked. The all paper packaging was spot on tho! And delivery was estimated for between 20 & 40mins and came in 25mins! Was a Monday arvo tho!Far superior to my last 2 encounters with Bella Pasta so will use again if only to order huge amounts of calamari!!

First they sent the wrong order which i sent back, I got a refund but not for delivery, so I order again and pay for delivery again. They got my order wrong again and left out the deals, the only reason I ordered was for the deals. So I spent 5 delivery and 22 on one meal. I called to tell them they sent the wrong order assuming they'd just resend my correct order but 'computer says no'. It's your fault for sending the wrong order in the first place! I honestly thought after sending my wrong order and learning i had to pay for delivery again would grant me some care and consideration, but no. You are thieves. Such a waste of time and money, I would not bother.

Ordered at 19:08, still nothing at 21:30. Restaurant didn't pick up first time I called almost an hour past the latest delivery time, left a polite message asking for an update. Half hour later I call again & am told in order: 1. The driver has been at the restaurant since 19:30. 2. The food is ready but hasn't been given to the driver. 3. My options are ask Just Eat for a refund, place a new order or come get it myself. Just Eat say it was delivered 19:40 on requesting the refund despite no updates on the order since "driver at restaurant".

Delivery is fast, the food was hot and delicious. Bomboloni is amazing, everyone should try it. I also received napkins and small gift chocolates.
