Fantastic floating experience. Staff are great and answered all my questions. The feeling of the isolation pod is like nothing I've experienced before. Highly recommended.

Had my first cryo session today loved it. Wish it was longer as you feel amazing. Will definitely do again just wish was closer.

A wonderful experience. We felt relaxed and pampered and the staff could not have been more helpful. I've been telling anyone who will listen, go and try it out it's such a fabulous way to spend a morning. Look forward to going to float again and to trying out the cryo and the sauna. Highly recommended :)

I was greeted by a lovely lady who carefully explained everything. I had 15 minutes in the massage chair which was wonderful, I didnt want to get out. Just a shame these are situated in the waiting area, I couldnt truly relax with an audience. On to the float pods, again, everything was explained thoroughly. Personally, these were not my thing. Just like laying in a warm bath, it is relaxing but for me an hour was too long & I got out early. The shower was a let down, just a trickle of warm water whilst trying to clean the salts off my body was not adequate. The vanity room was lovely & very well equipped with hairdryer & GHD straightest no less! Then on to herbal tea & sorbet whilst listening to soothing music. A lovely experience & the attention to detail was second to none.
