        I love training at Norwich, and I have to come all the way from Cambridge to get there, so you know it must be good. The instructors are friendly and safety-conscious, and will teach you a thrilling array of self-defence techniques.

        A brilliant friendly club with experienced instructors who cater the training to any injuries. I've made some great friends at the club and always feel challenged to do my best. There is a supportive and fun atmosphere at all the sessions. I'd highly recommend.
