        Products generally work well. I have a few Auqamax eco expert pumps, a couple of Skimmer 250, a Profiskim 100, and a Pondjet Eco with lights. What I don't have is any replies when warranty repairs are needed. Literal radio silence for weeks. In summary, products are good, service is poor. Warranty doesn't appear to hold any value. Poor customer experience.
