        Attended Tuesday teatime to gain access to my father's property. Locksmith only had to use a screwdriver to turn lock and gain access. Deceased relative found inside. 3 days later 150 bill arrives. Upsetting, disappointing and truly disgusting service at such a heartbreaking time.

        Had to use City Locks to replace three locks. Called at 19:11 and the job was complete an hour later. Very quick and professional service, would definitely recommend! (For reference I paid 222 for three locks to be replaced - cheaper than quoted elsewhere)

        So refreshing to find such an honourable business. They could have just taken my money and done the job but instead they told me how to do it myself as its so straight forward and took the time to talk me through it. Such friendly staff with real integrity. Thank you
