        Great reliable service . Had an issue with a downstairs window not locking while away working which was a security issue and they come round on the Sunday after my partner finished work and secured it for peace of mind . Would recommend and use again .

        Front door failed to lock at 10.45pm on a Saturday night. Called Norwich Lock and Safe who attended within 15 minutes and fitted us a new lock immediately making us secure again. Would definitely recommend.
