I recently purchased my first flat with Leadenhall, Norwich; and given my positive experience I would highly recommend them. Communication throughout was superb. Jack and Harriet responded to all my queries quickly and clearly. Almost all communication was by email, with documents sent as attachments, which suited me perfectly as it enabled me to deal with messages when it was convenient and easily keep records of the messages and documents. I found Jack and Harriet to be professional, but also friendly and approachable; so, I felt comfortable asking them about anything I was unclear about. Furthermore, they kept the process moving forward efficiently in the face of delays from other parties. I am very grateful to Jack and Harriet and found Leadenhalls service to be excellent.
