Useless, you might as well represent yourself! I had to use the services from the Norwich branch due to the incompetent Norfolk Children Services trying to take my children away. They appointed me a solicitor who was very polite but utterly useless. The only thing she did was to tell me to agree with the Local Authority's demands despite all proof that I had that the LA had done a botched job. To make matters worse she would always agree with the other party's solicitors. I never felt supported and that she was actually listening. They just take these cases because they get paid by legal aid! When I made further inquiries to continue the case and apply for legal aid these clowns took almost two months to give me an answer... when they did they said that they could take the case. I ended up representing myself in court and humiliated the barrister that my ex-wife paid a fortune to represent her and won the case. Summarising, I would touch those overrated pompous leechers with a barge pole!
