Staff are nice but the lasers are poor. I had the vascular treatment 2 years ago following a trauma from a patient in work. They did a skin test in cobham clinic in the consultation and after one treatment they were gone. They were amazing. The reason i have not gone back there is I have relocated for work. I came to laser clinics uk. I had no skin test. I had to book four sessions to do what they did in cobham clinic in once sessions. I had the first session and they did a small section but some of them are now much more visible and i can not get an appointment for a month to correct it. She did say it might, but this is probably due to low grade equipment. I expected it to be corrected in a week. You go there because you are consious of the veins on your face but come out more consious. If your having hair removal the it only picks up dark hairs. I contacted Harley Street and they said it is probably old equipment or low grade. It doesn't sound like medical grade equipment. The staff member was nice but you don't go there for the staff you go for the quality of the treatment which is substandard. It looks awful so I am going to travel to get it done professionally. None of the staff are qualified clinical or medical staff here. They have very little training in the anatomy and not registered or regulated. They could do serious damage to someone. I look worse and feel worse after the treatment. As a medical professional it is a worry. To think i had better results on equipment that is probably 4 years old now. It is concerning. My advice is don't take the risk and shop around. I can not recommend this company unfortunately and wish i just stuck to what I know. Service: Cosmetic dermatology
