No response to any phone calls - just through to answerphone. Was holding for 10 minutes yesterday prior to call being disconnected at 5pm. Seems no way of contacting company and getting a response.

Been with this company for more years than I can remember, as other users have stated, it's not possible to get hold of them, it took me numerous attempts last year, they ask you to leave a contact number & never get back, I've only tried three times this time, such a shame as their a local company to me & until last year service was great, but I guess it's going to be go compare this year.

I have been trying to contact this company for 3 weeks now. Absolutely no reply to any messages that you leave. I sent an email and received a generic reply about a week ago. Today I received a copy of an old policy by email and another email asking how they could help me in a rather strange wording i.e. it had been translated incorrectly - even though I had explained before in a previous email. I have a feeling they have gone bust. I have been with them for over 8 years and never had a problem with them before.

Not sure this company is still in business as they do not answer their phones at any time of the day or respond to emails.

I agree with previous post that this company doesn't seem to exist anymore. I bought a policy and then got another reminder to renew so thought the first policy hadn't worked, so sadly bought another one. I've paid twice and have emailed and phoned endlessly to try and sort this out. I have had no response so have no option but to report the company and I would not trust either policy in the event of a claim.
