If you need to change the address on your policy they charge you a admin fee its 35 rip-off also a move the car from my Driveway into a classic car storage unit cctv 24 security and they put up the premium. Obviously they make it up just to get more money out of you. I am going to say something positive if you dont need to make a claim and you dont have to change anything they are the cheapest.

They cancelled my insurance, then sent an email 10 days later. Absolute joke of a company, Would seriously avoid unless you fancy points on your license. Admitted fault , and gave me 100 compensation.

DO NOT USE! If you change details or have a none fault accident they are not only unprofessional but outright thieves! Use to be great but last couple of years they have gotten very greedy. Doubled my policy for no reason even though the address was the same. Found a quote that was a third of the price. Cancelled it and now threatening bailiffs. It's ok I've moved house now and don't need a credit score so will let them waste money on bailiffs. Total disgrace. Have a case ongoing with financial ombudsman and trading standards.
