Panks

Two years ago, I bought a car battery that was acquired by my garage from Panks. It is now faulty but Panks will not honour the three year guarantee due to Covid and subsequent low milage.

I entered into a contract with Panks to treat a domestic water supply and eradicate a bacteria from the system. After two chemical treatments and evidence of the bacteria still present they invoiced me for the work. The person I was dealing with, finance, and customer services all failed to reply to my emails when I questioned why I was being asked to pay for this treatment. After chasing (and continuing to receive statements) I finally received a reply stating that they had improved the situation and they deemed this to be adequate. One star given as they did arrange for someone to come out quickly. Personally I won't be using them again, nor recommending them.
