        Ordered a takeaway though there website, paid for though the website, no food turned up after a 2 hour wait. Tried to phone to see where the order had gotten to, the phone number has been cut off

        Ordered a takeaway for delivery on their website and paid by card. The order went through and I got a automated confirmation email. 2 hours later no food had arrived so I called the number listed to find out what the hold up was but it had been cut off and wouldn't ring. I then made the 20 minute drive to the restaurant only to find it was closed and had been for some time judging by the amount of post on the floor inside. I am now 40 out of pocket and had to order from an alternative restaurant. Hopefully the business owner sees this as there is no other way of contacting them. Needless to say it wasn't a good experience at all and I hope nobody else has to go through this.
