        Shared ownership house, bought last year. Since then time and time again weve had problems, fencing not done properly gate too heavy which has been fixed twice still useless not able to bolt gate. Recently had our boiler serviced, the flue hasnt been fitted properly mastic not sealed outside or inside! Takes months for anyone to take any action once a problem has been raised. The list of problems go on and on wont be buying from persimmon again!
